Fiestas Patrias 2024

Hi! Today I’ll talk about what I did in this Fiestas Patrias 2024.

In my family we are not that good at celebrating things, my mom is used to doing her own things, like going out with her friends. And my father likes to go to Parral, my grandma’s house.

This year I didn’t planed what to do for the dieciocho. But a good friend of mine, Paula, invited me to Melipilla to spend this holiday with her family in their house. Paula lives near the city of Melipilla, between Culiprán and Codigua. 

To be honest we didn’t do anything crazy, I just wanted to relax and have a good time. Her family is very caring, so we ate a lot, drank a lot and laughed a lot.

She was kinda interested in going to the Fonda, which was going to be in El Aeródromo, but I was not that interested. As I said I just wanted to be relaxed and quiet.

So there we were, listening to music in the backyard with Paula, her sister, me and her 3 dogs. And in the night we watched some movies that I have never seen before like “Lilo & Stitch” and “Orgullo y Prejuicio”. I liked a los Orgullo y Prejuicio.

So that 's all. It was a very good and lovely week. I enjoyed it a lot.
